This replaces the code for most of the in and output definitions. The are now read through a yaml config file where they are defined as a list of devices/endpoints. #71, #60, #41, #36

Removed the unused stream endpoints s1,s2,s3,s4 as their implementation is different from s0 and needs to be refactored anyway #71.

the directory is not directly mapped when using docker. Rather it binds the user log directory to the default directory in the container (/srv/logs)
