dashboard shows incorrect number of timeslots for week-based recurrence schemes

As described in for week-based recurrence schemes, only every s... (steering#181 - closed) when creating a schedule for a show with a week-based recurrence scheme, only every second of all the created timeslots gets shown in the dashboard (both in calendar as well as in the emissions date list in the Show Area), meaning that for a weekly schedule, only a timeslot every two weeks is shown etc. This was tested with dashboard.aura.radio on Firefox / Ubuntu.

As steering's logic seems to be working alright, the source of the problem is to be investigated on the dashboard side. A detailed info on the shows and conditions with which this bug was tested is documented in the other ticket mentioned above.
