use `start` and `end` filter for loading timeslots in schedule editor modal

for longer schedules we need to use the start and end filters for the API request on the timeslots endpoint, because otherwise the API only returns timeslots within the next 60 days.

use the schedules start and end properties, as they should cover all timeslots (past and future)
