[STORY] As a user I want to be notified when I am uploading the same file twice, to avoid mistakes

When uploading audio files, AURA currently does not check if a file has been uploaded already. Especially if users upload several files / media sources, it would be a benefit if dashboard tells them if the same file has been uploaded already.

as this is not really needed right now, we can close this issue. files appear in the media list anyway, so doublettes can be spotted and deleted easily after upload has completed.
