Display creation and modification metadata on relevant views

Some dentities in Steering hold metadata on create/update actions of records:

• createdAt (DateTimeField)
• createdBy (TextField)
• updatedAt (DateTimeField)
• updatedBy (TextField)

Apply such metadata to these views:

• Show View: At the bottom of the view.
• Episode View: Where it's least distracting.
• Profile View: At the bottom of the view.
• Host View: n/a, since we don't have such view yet.
