PCs often share URLs to point to certain information or issues.

• Calendar Week View: Keep the selected week (already fixed within alpha-2)
• Calendar Day View: Update the selected day in the URL
• Show View: The currently selected show should be in the URL
• Show View > Episode: The currently selected note should be in the URL
