Push metadata of a playlist to steering

Tank is able to read metadata from the files it loads, if it is present.

Tank should push this metadata (if available/usable*) to the steering, when a playlist is assigned to a timeslot (in the dashboard).

The metadata should be added to (or update) the playlist field of the note corresponding to the timeslot.
