Remove need for assigning the "Host" role in addition to the "Host+" role, in order to achieve Host+ permissions

Currently to configure a "Host+" role assignment, one always has to assign the "Host" role in addition, in order to "inherit" its permission.

Compare the permission overview in the docs.

This concept is rather confusing for end-users and should therefore be removed. This approach is also error-prone for maintenance. Instead the Host+ Group assignment alone should be sufficient.
