Update default group permission set that is delivered on install/ first init of steering to match with the acceptance criteria of the User Guide.

The set of group permissions that gets installed on first setup of AURA needs to be updated. Settings for all groups should reflect this table in the documentation.

Also the new permissions related to M3U and host/user profile management have to be added to the groups.
