Fix broken endpoint /trackservice #185

Chris Pastl requested to merge bugfix-trackservice-185 into main

This issue will be covered by #41 (closed) anyhow but decided do a separate PR for this since #41 (closed) has further dependencies to #5 (closed) which need tbd first.

Tested using dev setup and rest client - got empty response before and now status 200 and a list as expected.
