[STORY] as a ProKo I want to see the media source types of timeslots in the calendar, so I can easily spot where I need to do something

When the ProKo looks at the calendar, they often want to check for missing content or know when live-shows or preproduced shows are scheduled. Now the calendar week view does not offer any of that info on first view. Only when activating the day view, or activating a timeslot for editing in the week view, the info on "no playlist" or "playlist" gets shown. Therefore, there is the request to show not only title & duration but also give info on the content of a timeslot (by using text and/ or colors, or tooltip for short timeslots).
This topic was brought up frequently in ProKo meetings with FRO, similar suggestions were put by Freirad, o94 and Helsinki. Last confirmed in meeting at FRO on 20/11/23.
Proposal
- Use the same media status information as in #324 (closed).
- Fix inconsistencies - compare changes in the show/episode area and apply to the calendar area too
- Colors and status information
- No media source (on episode level or inherited): Communicate "alerting state" better, when there is no media source for a timeslot-episode assigned. The current triangle might be fine, but can it be in some fixed location within the card (see screenshot below)? A fixed location is more calm and easy for overview, when lots of timeslots have the same icon.
- No episode nor default media source: When there is no episode assigned to the broadcast date/timeslot and also no default media source, then e.g. highlight the full timeslot in red color. This is even more critical than the previous state. Currently it says "No Media" but in reality there is no episode nor (default) media source assigned (see screenshot below).
- Color coding based on content: For now, skip color-coding based on content settings (like categories, topics), since every radio has different requirements here and this will be covered in aura#433.
- Apply simplifications in the week view; in the day view more (written) context can be given, since there is more visual space.

Freirad: Anmerkung zu Farbschema und Medienquellen-Einbettung (siehe Feedback unten): Stand jetzt weiß ich nicht, wie die Kontrolle der Automatisierung/Programmierung funktionieren soll. Ich müsste zuerst in die Tagesansicht gehen, schauen was heute läuft bzw. was noch zu tun ist, und dann jeweils zu “Sendereihen” springen um die Medienquelle zu überprüfen (ist es die richtige? Hat sie die richtige Länge? Etc.)? Kann mir gerade den alltäglichen Arbeitsablauf nicht vorstellen.
o94: Angabe “keine Playlist” in Wochenansicht wird als “Fallback Playlist” in der Tagesansicht angezeigt…?
Usability
Freirad: Kann die Warnmeldung “Keine Playlist” größer hervorgehoben werden. Oder drastischer formulieren “ACHTUNG keine Playlist”
Freirad: finde Gestaltung fein und übersichtlich, aber Anmerkung zu dem im Testplan erwähnten Farbschema: Wochenansicht wird bei uns auch als quasi als To-Do-List verwendet, damit man auf einen Blick sieht, was noch nicht programmiert wurde. Erledigtes wird auf grün gestellt, noch zu programmierende Sendungen sind rot hinterlegt.
o94: Medienquelle anzeigen würde in Tagesansicht reichen → macht die Wochenansicht übersichtlicher
o94: Können verschiedene Content-Typen im Kalender (farblich) kenntlich gemacht werden? Das würde die Übersicht sehr erleichtern.

Currently we use a red-ish color for timeslots that were created for the currently active show. All other timeslots are gray. The concept of an active show will likely be removed in this milestone (alpha.4) and this opens up the possibility to use color to represent some other attribute of the timeslots.
For #247 (closed) I talked to @eigenwijsje and we thought about using color to distinguish between time slots that a user can edit and those that they cannot. Timeslots a user cannot edit would be gray. All other timeslots could have a solid color background or maybe just a color indicator (like a colored corner or circle). Are there any thoughts on color concepts for the calendar? Shall I prepare a proposal?

There are currently several use-cases I know that give a reason for color-coding in the calendar:
- hosts can easily spot the timeslots of their show
- ProKos need to quickly see the timeslots that belong to one show when they need to edit them
- ProKos use the calendar as a visual overview tool for programme planning. one user suggestion was to give a different color to the unmoderated music programme slots than to the "regular" shows, so it is clearly visible at a glance. other suggestions were to do color-coding by category/type. those wishes come from the practice that ProKos often use the radio's full public print calendar which contains all possible kinds of info on one big sheet. I think AURA should not aim to strive to represent all wealth of info as color in the calendar area (which could result in a smarties-like appearance), but offer the most useful infos only
- ProKos can check the calendar week view for missing content more easily if there was a visual info on the content types associated with the timeslots (e.g. color-coding for live show vs. pre-uploaded content vs. missing content)
- all kinds of users benefit from a hi-contrast color scheme for reason of accessibility - so to replace the current white-on-gray with another more contrasting scheme is a must-have
Let's review together what is the most needed, valuable and (from a UI perspective) senseful way to offer a color scheme in the calendar. I'd suggest a quick meeting to refine the task.

@kmohrf I want to emphaze avoiding any scope creep for alpha-4. The whole concept of color coding is important, but for now we only need to deal with grayed-out/de-activated elements in the calendar area. See my comment here.

I am not sure if we should remove the concept of "selecting timeslots". But we need to remove that selection of timeslots affects a global state. Selecting timeslots will still be required for various user operations. Let's talk on that.
