Permissions for "episode and broadcast date" features

The new "episode and broadcast date" features are only accessible for superusers right now. All feedback gathered in dashboard#334 (closed), was possible with admin accounts only.

Proposal

• Fix permissions, that these features are also accessible for Host/Host+/Program Manager role.
• Please also add any new permissions to the permission overview table in the docs: https://docs.aura.radio/en/latest/user/admin/roles-and-permissions.html#field-level-permissions

UI Meeting 2025-01-23:

• @kmohrf checks if the permissions names are matching in Dashboard.
• Otherwise it's a Steering issue.

Assignment of episodes to timeslots was indeed a dashboard issue. I’ve checked for a program.edit__timeslot__episode but such a permission does not exist (neither does program.edit__timeslot__episode_id). Should it exist?

Regarding the media source management: with the addition of the new media-sources API (not the same as the media – formerly playlist – api), some new permissions will be necessary. This needs to happen in steering.

@eigenwijsje I’m assigning you, because the remaining tasks involve work in steering. Feel free to assign it back to me, if there is more work to be done in the dashboard.
