Permission bug: Cannot edit media sources with Program Manager/Host/Host+ role

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create user with either Program Manager, Host or Host+ role
2. Try to edit media sources

Expected Result

Media sources can be edited.

Actual Result

Media sources cannot be edited

Environment

A new installation of AURA alpha5.

The permissions to add and delete the newly created MediaSource were missing.

They have been added now, and this should fix the issue.

@fm_margarethem : you can check this and close, if you have "time and desire"

Successfully tested with all roles on dashboard.aura.radio.

Since it's important to also test this on a fresh installation, I'll add these test cases to the release testing ticket (@kay_jointech, @david_jt).
