Rename playlist field in the Episode model

To avoid confusion around the usage of the term "playlist", we should

• rename Episode.playlist -> Episode.media_description,
• rename the permission edit__episode__playlist -> edit__episode__media_description

@eigenwijsje looking good, except one thing I've noticed: All roles should be allowed to edit the media description. On dashboard.aura.radio it is assigned none of the groups. edit: while this is only indirectly related to this ticket, to you prefer a separate ticket?

Thank, this is actually fine now.

I added the permissions to the groups. They are added during the initialization and can be added with the addpermissions management command afterwards.
