Document how to set duration of playlist entries in API definition

We do not necessarily have to add it to the api-definition.md, as it will be obsolete as soon as we have all OpenAPI 3.0 specs. So this ticket can be closed as soon as tank#7 (closed) is done (or at least as soon as the Open API 3.0 spec is done there.

Given that the last information commented on this ticket is that the API definition documentation will be obsolete with the completion of OpenAPI 3.0 specs (as indicated above, resolved with tank#7 (closed)) and that its parent ticket currently requires refinement, I want to quickly confirm if this task is still relevant. Additionally, the link provided in the ticket (https://gitlab.servus.at/aura/meta/-/blob/master/docs/api-definition.md) is no longer accessible.

This task is still relevant. Please check the updated spec above.

@martina since the playlist API will be moved to Steering, it's meaningful to move this task to Steering and do documentation there, after #251 (closed) is done.

Please check back with @eigenwijsje and @kmohrf how they gonna solve this after the refactoring. If it is done in Dashboard only, then there is no need to document it in the API and you can close the task.
