Add recurence rules to the fixture

The remaining recurrence rules should be added when the dashboard supports them.

For the alpha1 release, the fixture list only the previously supported recurrence rules, since this are somehow hard-coded in the dashboard.

The fixtures should include all the recurrence rules and the ids/pks be coordinated with the dashboard.
