add json exports for Homepage

At the moment this system generates HTML and CSS snippets to be rendered by the Homepage of Radio Helsinki. This is makes it difficult to integrate into different systems. For the future this system should export the requested data as JSON objects in order to be directly rendered by browsers using Javascript.
