Review and improve Gunicorn settings

  • Gunicorn configuration, possible update the provided sample file; check for any required environment vars for Docker and Docker Compose
  • Implementation, especially in worker/thread aspects
  • Logging, engine-api.log and any provided Gunicorn log
  • Update Docker Compose in the aura repository, if needed
