Create media management page for timeslots

Following the designs and discussions in #181 (closed) the media page should be removed in favor of a dedicated playlist and file management solution for each timeslot.

This page should allow users to:

• create a new or assign an existing playlist
• add and/or upload files or other playlist items to the assigned playlist
