Retrieve config from JSON file, instead of environment variables

This is the basis for

• solving issues in relation to the Docker configuration and avoiding runtime builds
• implementing Retrieve all configuration via Radio Station Se... (#30)
• Integrate Studio Clock into Dashboard (#29)
