Modular, simplified and unified configuration

Note, the supplied Makefile is a first try to evaluate possibilities of automation and admin UX.

It is either complete nor should be used in the documentation for maintaining AURA yet. It can be handy for dev purposes though.

The only exception is the target make user.add which is required for adding the newly defined aura:aura user/group and adds ownership to /opt/aura.
