Error accessing aura-web via https / certbot issues
I setup a public subdomain in order to test the https / certbot feature. To check if the host can be reached from the internet, I added a NAT rule for port 80 to the firewall first. Tests verified that HTTP connection works.
Then I added also NAT for port 443, changed the aura-web config to https, enabled the certbot and re-created the volumes to make sure the new config gets loaded. For some reasons, the certbot failed to authenticate:
aura-web-nginx-1 | Account registered.
aura-web-nginx-1 | Requesting a certificate for aura.crispybits.app
aura-web-nginx-1 |
aura-web-nginx-1 | Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: nginx). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
aura-web-nginx-1 | Domain: aura.crispybits.app
aura-web-nginx-1 | Type: connection
aura-web-nginx-1 | Detail: AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD: Fetching http://aura.crispybits.app/.well-known/acme-challenge/9CL5Cv28lqwa67bL5i-buL84FihDONa_0J8vzkjYInM: Connection refused
I also changed the port in the nginx config but without success yet:
server {
listen 443;
@eigenwijsje @kay_jointech Are there some known issues or does it require further configuration?
