[EPIC] Playout: External Live Studio routing
The goal is to allow playing from the live studio, without the need to pass audio through Engine, logging metadata only.
In some distributed deployment Scenario (e.g. the advanced scenario), the live studio is not attached to the play-out engine itself. Some studio mixer is rather attached after the AURA Playout audio chain.
This enables radios to:
- Intentionally override any scheduled audio from AURA
- Keep any playback from a studio airing, even when Engine might be down due to malfunction or maintenance.
Such system configuration should still:
- log "live studio timeslots" in the playlog
- update the studio clock with relevant metadata
This scenario provides the advantage, that there is no AD/DA audio conversion in Engine Core needed, skipping potential challenges with smooth play-out altogether.
It should be noted, that this approach will not work with single instance deployment scenarios, where the recorder or the stream is directly fed from Engine.
