Programmatically create PDF file from Markdown

When using Pandoc to create pdf file from the documentations markdown files, the TOC that is rendered here on GitLab does not get transformed to a \tableofcontents in latex and thus not rendered in pdf. Lua filtering was unsuccessful, so need to remove the lines in shell. Then create pdf files using: pandoc -f gfm -s --toc -V toc-title:"Inhalt" -o guide.pdf quick-start-guide-pannoramic-scan-ii_noTOC.md

TODO: shell script
