Convenience Script "run.sh" to be able to start all components in a similar way

• Similar to the run.sh script in engine-api (see, https://gitlab.servus.at/aura/engine-api/-/blob/master/run.sh and the Documentation there: https://gitlab.servus.at/aura/engine-api#running-the-server // the script needs to be improved in the future for better arg parsing)
• Ability to start for development, production and docker
• To be called by the meta/run.sh to boot a (almost) full AURA env for development
