Creating timeslots in Steering results in a Django stacktrace

Renatn tried to create a timeslot via the Django Admin Interface, because she didn't know that this works in Dashboard only. I guess we should remove this abilitity to create timeslots in Steering altogether. Please create a separate tickets if you think it doesn't belong here.
