Disable destroy method in NoteViewSet

If a note is currently deleted a new note is not created and attached since the timeslot already exists and a new one is not created.

This may lead to strange behavior on the dashboard since it assumes that every timeslot has a note.

Trying to delete a note should return a MethodNotAllowed exception.
