Upgrade Django to the next LTS version

We should upgrade Django from the current LTS version (3.2) to the next one (4.2), once it's released.

The next LTS version of Django is expected to be released on April 3 2023.

logging into dashboard.aura.radio does not work anymore since the Django upgrade, throwing a "forbidden" error:

This bug was reproduced on 10.06.23 using @fm_margarethem 's login credentials (browser: firefox)

For that reason I reopen this issue.
