[EPIC] Advanced CLI - Research & implement a CLI Framework

Currently there is some rudimentary functionality in the run.sh scripts.

Provide an advanced CLI system for

  • development
  • debugging and testing
  • deployment, tech ops / sys ops
  • release management

to manage Aura components.
