Default playlist for shows
Based on an example by @martin.lasinger on 2020-11-04 regarding takeover of shows of other radio stations. There should be a default playlist having a default stream URL.
After setting this default/standard playlist, there's no need to assign a playlist with the stream on every broadcast. Instead the default URL is used, whenever no concrete playlist for one specific show is set to override.
This feature is almost identical to the fallback behaviour of e.g. show fallbacks. In contrast these playlists are not handled as fallbacks and are not marked as such in the system(s).
