This is required, since it quite hard to manage short audio clips or playlists in the Dashboard's calendar view.

This is a replacement for O94.at's "Mantelprogramm". Also compare the requirements of other radiostations. Radio Freistadt for instance uses a playlist or folder holding very short audio-clips. This was a problem with other tools such as Air Time.
