Docker Compose: Tank configuration cannot be modified

Currently the configuration of Tank (e.g. encoding format, sample rate...) cannot be changed, because the Tank YAML configuration file is not exposed.

Provide a sample tank configuration file. Then either bind-mount:

• a local config folder to /etc/aura
• a local configuration file to /etc/aura/tank.yaml
