Support m3u:// playlist item prefix in Engine

Parent: [EPIC] M3U Media Source Support (aura#246 - closed)

Rename the existing ResourceType.PLAYLIST = "playlist:" to ResourceType.M3U = "m3u:". Also check and update any related code.

The ResourceClass.PLAYLIST can be kept as is, as it signifies a meta-description correctly.
