Liquidsoap is trying to connect to stream even though stream is disabled

Config is set to stream_0="false", hence no connection to Icecast should be established.

The logs indicate it is trying to connect though:

This was caused due to an config file at /etc/aura/engine-core.ini overriding the local config file. Therefore closing as no bug.
