UI to provide metadata flag "repetition" for marking any upload as a repetition ("manual repetitions")

Metadata information/flag indicating that some episode is a repetition of another episode which does not necessarily have an existing recording or pre-produced audio file. Basically it's a manual re-upload of a previous episode. In this scenario the audio file is uploaded to the repeated episode. The flag is mainly utilized for monitoring and reporting use cases.

Clarify how to handle this scenario:
