[bug] m3u button is unresponsive

When logging in as a user with program manager privileges, the permission to add a m3u file is given. The "add m3u" button appears in Dashboard, but acts unresponsive, despite permissions for adding m3us being present.

steps to reproduce

1. log in on dashboard.aura.radio as user with "proko" group membership
2. click the "m3u" button on either the show info page or the episode editor.

additional observations

I tested on different browsers, and found out the issue is not browser-based. Maybe someone can cross-check?
