[STORY] as a ProKo, I want to manage schedules inside show area, so I can work faster when planning / editing a show

When creating a new show, users have to do two separate steps: a) "create show" from the Show List, and b) go to the calendar area to create a schedule for the show. This is a gap in UX that leads to confusion, because the schedules can be viewed from the Show Info area, yet the schedule view ("Emissions and scheme") does not provide an option to edit them. This was remarked as a user problem by several testers repeatedly across the testing cycles.

To streamline the workflow and enhance UX, in the "Emissions and scheme" area a link to the emission manager could be provided, so programme coordinators can do this task with more ease and efficiency.

Proposal

Allow managing/creating of schedules as part of the schedule list view.

  • Schedule details (can be solved by a.) either expanding/collapsing some schedule, b.) adding a schedule detail view. Both variant should provide a list with all broadcast dates.
    • Display Schedule Information in a leading block, before the schedule broadcast date table. Such Information is at minimum the start and end date of the schedule. Later on the end date should be editable here (compare #236 (closed)).
    • Place the "Default Schedule Media Source" Block after the broadcast dates.
    • Link each broadcast item to their counterpart in the calendar (switch to calendar week view, containing the specific item. optionally highlight the selected item)
    • Optionally they can be linked to the broadcast/episode detail view too.
    • Each broadcast list item should also have the option to be deleted.
  • Edit schedule
  • Delete full schedule

In Alpha 8 each schedule also should provide to option to create a "repetition schedule" from with these views (#297 (closed)).

Helsinki: Auch dass man das Schema dann im Kalender anlegen muss ist nicht selbsterklärend.

FRO: Ja, ich fände auch einen Link / Querverbindung zum Anlegen eines Ausstrahlungsschemas hier super nützlich.

FRO: Sendeschema neu anlegen geht nur im Kalender? Wäre toll wenn es auch bei der Sendungen&Schema als Knopf (Neue Sendeschema anlege) gäbe.

Freirad: wo kann das Sendeschema bearbeitet werden? Muss dafür das alte gelöscht und ein neues angelegt werden?

o94: Kalender Sendeschema bearbeiten als proko | sich über mehrere Seiten vorklicken müssen, ist nicht ideal für Überblick

o94: Sendeschema inkl aller Sendungen löschen: das ist eine seeehr seltene Anwendung, nur falls ein Sendeschema irrtümlich falsch angelegt wurde. Sobald eine Sendereihe begonnen hatt, kann diese Funktion gar nicht mehr verwendet werden, da ja auch die Daten in der Vergangenheit gelöscht würden. Es ist gut, dass es diese Funktion irgendwo gibt, aber wenigr prominent und unbedingt mit einer “bist du sicher?” Zwischenabfrage.

o94: bisschen off topic, aber weil ichs grad sehe: Im Sendeschema interessieren mich denk ich erst die Sendetermine und dann die Medienquellen, nicht umgekehrt
