## Cook-it-together Session ### Thu 21.5 / 13:00-14:00 ### Taro & Martina #### Description AMRO20 is radically digital, but we will not miss the occasion to enjoy great food! Martina and Taro, our amazing culinary team, curated a finest menu for us to cook and enjoy from the distance. In this workshop-session, Martina and Taro will teach us how to make an oyster-mushroom-ceviche, which will be one of the foods for this evenings community dinner. Link for participation will be shared soon! #### Ingredients needed Be sure you have them before the beginning of the workshop! ##### oyster-mushroom-ceviche (4 portions): • 500 grams oyster mushrooms • 4 organic limes (or lemons), grated peel & juice • 1 red onion • 3 tablespoon minced coriander (alternatively parsley) • salt • 3 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil (if not available olive oil) ##### pan-bread (2 pieces): • 6 heaped tablespoons spelt flour • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • a good pinch of salt, oregano and other herbs of choice • a dash of olive oil • 3 heaped tablespoons soya yogurt ##### coconut-semolina-rhubarb (2 portions): • 0,2 litres coconutmilk • 25 grams semolina • 20 grams sugar • ½ vanilla pod • ½ - 1 organic lemon • a pinch of salt • 350 grams rhubarb • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar • ½ orange (the juice of the fruit) • 2 tablespoons water ---
